DEEP-FRIED AUSSIE DREAM

Sydney in the 70s, and the smell wafting from the hot oil vats cooking fish and chips in badly cluttered signed shops, possibly composed by immigrants, arriving in Sydney and the lucky country to make a good Aussie go of it. Coming to a new world, but still doing old things.

Pitt street, restaurant chain, european themed.
My favourite Veiner – a crumbed chicken fried, like a schnitzel.

SCENT

Fried bread crumbs, fish and chips infused hot oil, hazey smoke, chicken.
